Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 1 August 2026

This Cancellation Policy governs all purchases and order cancellations made through HULDHAR ("Platform"), owned and operated by KRISHIDHAN AGRI BUSINESS PRIVATE LIMITED . By placing an order through the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Policy.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

• A customer may cancel an order only until the order has been approved by the Company for processing.
• Once an order has been approved for processing, packing, dispatch, shipment, or delivery, the order cannot be cancelled.
• Any request made after such approval shall be dealt with only in accordance with the Return, Replacement & Refund provisions of our Return Policy.

2. Cancellation by the Company

The Company reserves the right to cancel any order, in whole or in part, without prior notice, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• The product is unavailable or out of stock.
• Incorrect pricing or product information is displayed due to a technical or human error.
• The order cannot be fulfilled due to operational, logistical, or supplier-related reasons.
• The payment is unsuccessful, reversed, or suspected to be fraudulent.
• The order violates applicable law or the Company's Terms and Conditions.
• Any other reason that, in the Company's reasonable opinion, prevents successful fulfilment of the order.

Where an order is cancelled by the Company after payment has been received, the amount paid shall be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.

3. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. Any revised Policy shall become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after such publication shall constitute acceptance of the revised Policy.
