• We currently deliver products across eligible locations in India through our authorized logistics partners, registered courier services, and postal services.
• Delivery availability may vary depending on the serviceability of your location.

2. Order Processing

• Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation or order confirmation for eligible Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
• Orders are generally processed and delivered within 5 (Five) business days from the date of order confirmation, unless otherwise specified on the product page.
• Processing times may be extended during public holidays, festivals, adverse weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines are provided at the time of placing the order and are indicative only. Actual delivery may vary depending on:

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, KRISHIDHAN AGRI BUSINESS PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for delays caused by courier companies, postal authorities, or other third-party logistics providers.

4. Shipping Charges

5. Delivery Address

• Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including the correct PIN code and contact details.
• The Company shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

6. Delivery Confirmation

• Upon successful delivery, customers may receive shipment details through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other available communication channels.
• Delivery shall be deemed completed once the order has been delivered to the address provided by the customer and acknowledged by the customer or any person available at the delivery location.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to reasons attributable to the customer, including but not limited to:

• Customer unavailable at the delivery address.
• Incorrect or incomplete address.
• Refusal to accept delivery without a valid reason.

the order may be returned to us. Any re-delivery or return shipping charges, where applicable, may be borne by the customer.

8. Shipping Delays

In rare situations such as natural disasters, transportation disruptions, strikes, government restrictions, technical failures, or other force majeure events, shipping and delivery timelines may be affected.

9. Shipping Charges and Refunds

Shipping and handling charges, if any, are non-refundable, except where:

• An incorrect product is delivered by the Company.

• The order is cancelled by the Company before delivery.
